It's not dumb at all. What's dumb is a president of a publicly traded company doing deals with convicted people. I wonder if that would raise a few eyebrows from the authorities? I bet (hope) it did. Oh those little birdies!

I also wonder how many free shares went out? 15 million sounds like a good number huh? Let's say 3 certs of 5 million each.
