heres what I dont understand with these sorts of reverse merger deals if they work out. what is the point? The company is starting from scratch with a brand new venture, what's the point of pulling all the accounting together to clean it all up when you could just make a new filing of a BRAND NEW COMPANY / Ticker symbol without any of the baggage from the past? I just don't get the difference, I don't see the cleanliness of such an approach. All you get is a bunch of shareholders, probably only a couple dozen in this case, likely some of them pissed off. I might re-phrase that question: what would happen to existing shareholders in such a case, just get shares in some new company with new structure? It's not like from a financial standpoint there'd be any significant difference I would think, or maybe getting onto an exchange and trading would take a lot longer, not that we havent waited so long already.
