Dont fall into its trap again.See their RS history.This is a POS company.
Management knows how to screw investors.This is a scam or this is a failed business. I am sure FINRA would not allow their latest RS request but if they succeed in their efforts to RS .Don't buy after RS because this company would again RS.

RS History

Capital Change=shs increased by 10 for 1 split. Payable upon surrender. Pay date=06/13/2011.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split Pay date=10/01/2015.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split. Ex-date=11/13/2017. Pay date=11/13/2017.

and they are again splitting.Pure SCAM.
