this limbo state only exists till the shutdown is over, as i wrote previously. it won't matter in a few weeks, unless the shutdown lasts that long. but until then PHUNW IS the play. that said, PHUN certainly can go higher until the shutdown is over as there are no shares,(something like 40K shares total i was told) until the registration process is completed, which is held up because of the shutdown. And there are morons out there shorting the stock. its a share structure issue at this point. GL
