Hemplife customer service Representatives do not answer the phones at the company. There will never be an instance where you call the 1-800 number and are greeted by a customer service representative. If you call the 1-800 number oh, you will get a very lengthy and informative recording all about CBD products and that is pretty much the general Ploy of their business model to get you to hang on the phone waiting for a customer service representative that never comes. But if you leave a voicemail and say you want to place a large order, a representative will call you back within a few minutes. If you say you are a shareholder and wish to speak to investor relations, chances are they will not be calling you back immediately but if you are persistent, they will provide you the name of their investor relations officer, which I have undoubtedly shared with you guys at least 15 times
