I strongly believe that DDCC will find a way to come back to trading.

They were revoked because they did not file a 10K for 2 yrs. But now after being delisted, they will suddenly become eager to file 4 yrs worth of 10Ks???

Instead of curing the delinquency, they tried to deregister the stock into Pinky status, where Pinkies don't have to file. The SEC delisted it 13 days later.

Translock is a game changing invention...and DDCC still has a lot of years left on its patent term for Translock remaining

Too bad DDCC no longer held the patent. As an experiment I sent the SEC 3 examples where DDCC had PRed a material event, and never filed an 8K on it. One example being about the patent:

DDCC has claimed in the past to have a patent for a unique intermodal transport container. Indeed the President of DDCC, Allen E Lopez, the inventor, did assign the patent to DDCC on 04-Dec-2014. However on 10-Aug-2016, he requested DDCC transfer the ownership of the patent back to him. Apparently with no financial considerations per the reassignment form.

After years of issuing PRs about the patent pending they held, and their plans for the patent, DDCC transferred ownership back to Lopez, and this shouldn't be considered a material event? DDCC did not file an 8K for this material event. Instead on 30-Aug-2016, they issued a PR, telling their Share Holders the USPO had finally issued or approved the patent. Again, they failed to mention the company no longer owned the patent. So not only did they fail to file an 8K for a material event, but then issued a PR misleading their Share Holders.
