In Florida today to meet with some AutoNation Dealers. Back tonight
Meeting with lawyers tomorrow to do the share reduction. It's all happening quick, and all coming together .

New FB ad campaign begins Jan 2 we will be spending another $15,000 its a home run $ONCI
Meeting with Lawyers on Friday to discuss reduction of shares as well as re domicile to Colorado which will happen in 2019. Reduction to happen ASAP. $ONCI
I am pleased to report that as of last night the Debt to Delaware is paid off and DONE. This gives us freedom to do what we planned. I will be meeting with my legal team to plan the share reduction next week. I will be sending a letter to the TA to give them instructions.
Another 200 unit order from Pharrel Protection and more to come. We are working on deals with them for heavy equipment companies who want our product to protect their equipment. More from FB asap. $ONCI
