You actually have friends, that did private placements ? They must be quite pathetic investors, this is a perfect example of why there are rules in place , for pp investors. Most sophisticated pp investors, have a routine and do a bit of due diligence before jumping in. This turd raises the red flag immediately, just skimming the financials from the past 5 years.
