What's your reason for thinking he'll change his mind now? He's had almost 3 weeks to file an amendment. He hasn't done so.

I don't see any reason to fabricate random imaginary excuses for his deliberate scammy behavior, I want him to file the financials. You know.. like any normal non-scammy CEO would do.

Kim (or whatever group runs him) clearly chose not to include any financial information. I'm not sure why that's a difficult concept to grasp, Kim makes it quite clear he isn't including any financial information BY CHOICE.

Don't get me wrong, it's certainly possible he will, and I hope he does... and I'm happy to have been the cause of his doing so.

Sure seems like I'm doing more for the shareholders than Kim!
