QMC's future market cap will hit $200 billion, making UDC's shrinking market cap of $4 billion pale in comparison. QMC shareholders will likely accept that buyout offer because most of the big shareholders are retirees and they want the cash now instead of waiting for another 10 years, it will be a steal for UDC at that price, it needs to issue only 50 million shares at $100 a share for the acquisition of QMC and there are enough rich fund mangers who will finance it.
