I've explained previously, but I'll try again. Kim clearly says, in plain clear English, that "The Third quarter financial statements for the Period Ended September 30, 2018 are hereby incorporated by reference."

To make it even clearer for you, "incorporated by reference" means they aren't attached.

First the claim was he "forgot" to attach them, now the claim is we "don't know?"

Absurd. The reality is obvious, Kim says so himself. I can't imagine any reason for denying what Kim himself said was true.
