So Janice what's your take on this one getting a sec shut down? I mean after the rs goes through and flushes out all the current common share holders they will then likely put forth offerings at some point to bring in a fresh batch of common shareholders one would have to unless the whole thing is a scam . I don't think its a scam in the traditional sense of otc B.S. correct me if I'm wrong but nothing illegal has been done unless the nasdaq comment/claim could be seen as misleading investors
