That and possibly most(believers or non-believers) are not paying attention to SRSR and trying to survive the seasick from the wild swings in broader markets. This one is done, unless some good news coming from the company. (and hoping those good news are not just more empty promises and pumps) The fact that the current management remained silent speaks volumes. Of course, some brave hearts may gamble a little by buying and there is nothing wrong with that, as long as they use the money they can afford to lose. :)
