Ok, smart guy....if the FDA deems no need for tests due to being supplemental, tests are NOT needed for the amounts used. FDA could come in and say, your are using too much and therefore breaking the law and will be under FDA rules....but that would be just STUPID AS A BUSINESS MOVE.
