A promise don't always work out. It could have many reasons.
There are many people that see promises as something as "the truth" or something that "will happen".
If a promise doesn't work out they'll call it a "lie" or "blatant lie".
Then suddenly the CEO is "a lier" or someone that "attempts to cheat investors out of their money by pumping and selling shares"
