The only thing what looks tricky for me here that they gave us 10 day notice for RS...why not to inform us a day before...usually if the company wants to screw your they give you one day notice only...in the mid of market or after close with the next day effective RS date...here it’s more interesting...we shall see...For me personally it looks like a preplanned move from Michael to get rid of more weak hands before the sharp move...again I’ve been through these before and we shall see if I’m right here...
