When was the last shareholders meeting? Is this required annually? Looking through the p/r's on mhtx website, I'm amazed they haven't scrubbed it by now. Lie after lie by manny and marv, all under the veil of forward looking statements. Consultant after consultant paid for accomplishing what? Millions of dollars, many years spent on Flynn technology, then spun off and where did all the money go? Look at annual expenses; for what?

Shareholders should be calling, demanding answers, and joining the demand to lock them up, lock them up.
