My very short email response back to him:

Dear Mr. Palas

Thank you for finally getting back to me.

So basically what you are telling me to do is to read what's already publicly available in our corporate filings, which of course I did. It appears as if the company is literally destroying its own shareholder value by continuing to issue debt for equity and these note holder conversions are going to drive our stock to a 0 bid.

That is precisely what you are doing to shareholders.

I'm going to assume that once our outstanding share count is maxed out, you will undoubtedly reverse split and wipe out shareholders completely.

What do you plan on doing to prevent all of this from coming to fruition?
