They need to get their cash situation sorted out without the need to reverse split and dilute. They have been teasing us constantly over the past 2 years with talks of 'in talks with partners', "in active talks' etc. I have emails from Noel and Raina to that effect that they have been talking and partners have been very interested. It's time to walk the talk. We need to hear about partners willing to pony up cash. If the RS or dilute I don't think any respectable or reputed person or company will take part in the offering. They will be left with Cayman Island Leaches who will short this back to $0.20 again.

In short, I believe if they don't sort out their cash situation by Feb 21 then the company is a bust, regardless if the science works or not. A starving Nobel laureate is no good to anyone. He needs food to survive so he can benefit others with his knowledge. The same goes for Advaxis.
