All I know is that the company is still planning to relist but on a major exchange this time rather than OTCBB. Calvin spoke at the AGM about progress this year for shareholders in one form or another and I believe it’s possible. It’s clear from the litigation pleadings that the company has been raising money and it can now afford some very good, specialist legal representation which is taking the fight to Montano and Zhittya . It needs to do that as it must be seen to be protecting its IP.
I share the frustration of other shareholders that we don’t know a lot about what the company is doing behind the scenes but I think the company has probably wanted to keep its cards close to its chest up to now given the war with Montano. However hard it is to understand their motivation, Dan may still have allies among the shareholders and probably the less he knows officially about any progress that is being made, the better.
Anyway, my speculation is that, with funds raised, things are developing behind the scenes as any attempt to relist would ideally be preceded by some newsworthy event, progress with the clinical studies, for example. Let’s see what the year brings.
Bear in mind that however much either of us has invested in the company, Calvin has invested vastly more. He wants the company to succeed at least as much as we do. And unlike the bankrupt Dan, who brought the company to its knees too, he may actually deliver.
