The Judge will see more value in flushing this and stop the losses. How will the employees that Sears vendors are owed get paid? How many companies that employ more people than Sears will be forced to file bankruptcy because they don’t get paid? The last time Kmart filed bankruptcy a very large 50 year old company had to file bankruptcy and had zero employees after., FLM Fleming This turd is done.
