Mallinckrodt can terminate license, two unapproved 12/31/2018. I looked at language used in license and it says "on or before the dates specified." That means Mallinckrodt could have terminated the contract anytime last year with a 30 days notice. Mallinckrodt did not have to wait until after the dates, otherwise the contract would have specified "by the dates specified."

Anyway, I hope Mallinckrodt hurries up and terminates the license. They did a very poor job of selling generic Seroquel XR. I will try and contact Mallinckrodt and suggest to them that they terminate the license with IPCI. Hopefully, IPCI can find a better partner to sell generic Seroquel XR.
