As 2019 starts , hopefully Jake George will address the following
topics

1. All on the Board and investors are now well aware of what WSHE used to be at start of 2018 and prior as E Debit Global.

2. IMO , all are well aware of the transition between E Debit and Greenlink with the Acquisitions of AGH, Transition Language , Suncliff ( aka Coulee) came along , MOU with Hyxus on Tracking , Traceability and so forth from Mid 2018 or so until the end of 2018. Jake capped off with the professional video done , Twitter has become active and Marketing announcements of soon to come via Raonall have been indicated.

3. With that as 2019 starts off and looking to hear the next update very quickly , some other items.

a. Doug MacDonald has been more than transparent from the transition start to the last comments . It appears that the final info on financials have been turned over to the US Auditing side per Doug which was through about half way + in 2018.
Doug was also very clear about the Canadian side and while all looked clear , except one possilbe hurdle , that wsa being reviewed with Legal Counsel.
So as stated by Mr. MacDonald. There is no debt, Greenlink was the US connection by choice spearheaded by Jake George , potential Tax Credit also is still being reviewed, so in essence Greenlink has very little hanging over it to get rolling.

b. From the Final Transition then Greenlink became a standalone , as Jake mentions with it's own business plan, goals and next actions steps.

c. Pesonnally , IMO wouldlike to hear about "What is Greenlink starting off in 2019.

* Is it a business with dispensaries , if so how many
* Farming and production . How many acres current and planned .
* Revenue , is there AGH, Suncliff and tangent revenue being produced
at end of 2018 and what are Greenlinks projectoins for 2019
* Time line of events through year , inclding CE Coming down
* Share Structure, is that planned to remain the same and if changing when are their predictions.
* Originally back on the E DEBIT old site there were projections on revenuew for WA , however also included CA and OREGON. Is that still
current.
* Services and Products, Tweet came out with Brands , describe that and any revenue projected.
* Then basically the other divsions (Consulting , growth and any projections) for at least the first two Quarters of 2019.
* Any forseeable Ventures, Partnerships, tangent opportunites, Expansion
demographics or other territorties.
