I watched the speech live...amazing how they phrase things


He was asked IF he could build the wall without Congressional approval...he said yes and was asked how...that's where you get...“Absolutely, we can call a national emergency. I haven’t done it. I may do it. I may do it. We can call a national emergency and build it very quickly,”

He was asked if eminent domain was used for the wall...and of course he said yes and in most cases a deal is struck and he went on to explain it...the way this guy reported it it looks like Mr T is threatening...amazing...or maybe I'm just reading it wrong.
