Yes, they changed the par value. But the previous a/s was 2.01 billion. The a/s is now 222,222 shares. How does that work?

Bottom line, though, is that the a/s is now 222,222 shares. Which is ridiculous for many reasons.

Any reasonable person would conclude that they're doing a gigantic reverse split. But if that was the intention, why lower the a/s so dramatically?

So: is it just that management is totally incompetent? Or will there be a reverse split?
