Again your not stating why the DTTC got involved. They have nothing to do with the SEC/FINRA Suspension of Trading.

After the 10 days either Trading resumes or it gets revoked.

Nothing says anywhere that the DTTC Must Reinstate an SEC/FINRA Suspended Trading Symbol.
