That's quite the surprise (what professionals would touch this company with this management with a ten foot pole?) - does anyone know anything about Iliad Research & Trading?


I think you don't understand what these guys do. They do this stuff with companies trading below a penny. This is a convertible note, they will make their money either way. I would want to see the contract on this one. Has there never been an 8k about this convertible note? There has to be one.
