That's a great question Ken. I'm not sure. Hopefully more information will come out once the new company webpage is released. Because they are awaiting final closure of the paperwork, my assumption is that it is a different warehouse than the one where they stored their ink.

I'd like to see the company invite shareholders or other interested parties to see/view the facility at some point. If I were a betting man, I would say it is not too terribly far from Fresno, CA where the company's HQ are.
