If the CEO was trustworthy, he wouldn't be gifting shares. No doubt those gifted shares are being sold at a profit and the cash returned to Malak as salary. There's absolutely no reason to gift shares from a company with zero revenue. This action alone should tell us there is some scamming going on. He's gifting shares so he can get paid now because he wants to line his pockets before the ship sinks. How is this not completely visible to all investors. Malak needs to stop gifting shares and simply hold, like the rest of us. That might bring some investor confidence back.
