Point is volume first two days of year way up ... now slowing down
still above normal , but not as much

The NOTEHOLDERS are holding and that is obvious , and they do
have restrictions.

I have seen folks on this Board indicating anywhere from 30 million
of Noteholders as of yesterday (IMO close , maybe a little low) to
over 300 million in (to high IMO) of the 625 million .

They have restrictions so best projection is IMO by end of today
around 50 million converted ... so take it that it will be a slower
(if I was a noteholder would be holding ) intake and the language
has over the FIRST SIX MONTHS of 2019.

IMO , you have seen the larger conversion this week abiding by the
regulastions have been done .

With that one would be wanting to buy at this lower price now , it is to close to the conversion price to not buy in .
