Once again - you misunderstood and jumped to the conclusion it is something nefarious which it isn't - and yes indeed the financials are certainly done independently of the boilerplate material in a quarterly report - as many companies attach the financials at the end.

Truly amazing - another mountain out of a molehill - much like there being gold in Canada - see the Yukon and a Gold Rush.

It is certainly sloppy but hardly the making of a scam - Kim still owns 55 million shares and hasn't sold a single share - so much for the nonsense about being a scam. SMH!
