I read the court filings. POTN's filings were excellent; thorough, well written, with numerous references, sound arguments. Their attorney did a great job.
On the other hand, the noteholder's filings were embarrassing for them and their attorney. I could help but conclude it appears as frivolous opportunism.
That being said, anything can happen in court, although I believe POTN will win anything could happen. So I calculated the worst case scenario and it doesn't justify the pounding this stock has taken by a long shot. This is definitely the loading zone and we should be in store for a long run up.
