andy the reason I personally won't call jim dial on the phone is because he has lied to me on more than a few occasions.

I like how some numbnuts is trying to explain why selling $25 million dollars worth of stock in a (supposed) 5 million dollar company is NOT dilution. LOL

talk about someone depsperate to talk up a company, and make up strange justifications about what dilution is and is not, just so the value of his holdings won't crash further.

imagine you all were following someone who has NO knowledge of the financial markets at all!
