Hypothetically speaking, if a position size is 400-600 million shares at .0001 or an average close to it and it was decided to sell at .0003 how would it be done? You put a huge bid at 2 and only put on the market at 3 what the market will sustain. Sell those and put more 3s on the market. Keep reloading 3s. If 2s hit great. If news hits you turn it all off and raise it all. It’s not dilution.
