Go back and read the conference calls. That is from couple years ago. Labeling was the initial plan and was completely unrealistic. Why do you not think they did this 3 years ago?

Now they have to prove the IV route benefit since many others are failing here to prevent abuse. More and more hurdles. Constant cat and mouse chase.
