Could it be because they are simple templates with nothing but information a user can click through, but not really do much else? I mean, in that case... Yea, they work just fine!

Here is the issue... When you attempt to actually open an account, book a flight, rent a car, nothing happens! Maybe it was designed that way?

Isn't it a bad sign when you can't do the basic things a company offers as services online?
