Zero proof that Kim is operating a scam - for it to be a scam the CEO has to extract money from the market

It's a very simple concept. A failed scam is still a scam.

Here's an example I assume is easy enough to follow: A guy cheats on his taxes. He gets caught, and has to pay the back taxes plus interest plus penalty. Very expensive, and it cost him WAY more than the original tax bill.

Now, he didn't make a dime off his scam, did he? He's still a tax cheat though, amiright?
