Steve , I need to see a lot more than this one day spurt. There have been 3 large volume days since 11/22 and they have all fizzled out. Hopefully we stay above 10 cents now and move up past the last PP price of 15 cents near term.

Management selling the stock lower near the end of 2018 even though for tax reasons gave a bad perception to investors. These guys are taking restricted stock units for meeting target numbers yet I do not see anything on the PPS. 2018 was an awful year for Spectra shareholders so 2019 cannot get much worse.

Keeping the faith but this is frustrating.
