10-Q for Quarterly Period Ended 11/30/18 is due Monday, January 14, 2019.

Historically they've filed a NT 10-Q and then filed their 10-Q a few days later. Considering the new auditors recently brought on board, and one full quarter of combined (M2M + SBRT) business under their belt, maybe they file on time?

Interested to see what synergies have been made and a report on progress. We may even find out how many warrant holders converted with the recent tender offer, which would affect share count and cash on hand.
