A RS is not dilutive. Blue is most likely correct, though, that the warrants’ exercise price would be adjusted proportionally to the RS ratio



Yes. The warrants will be adjusted with the accounting change and they'll be in the exact same place as they were prior to the r/s.

Why would "the holders rather not have that happen"?
