Mehalick seems to appear in quite a few SEC filings as a 'consultant' receiving shares for services in multiple OTC companies. That alone sets off many alarm bells for me.

This deal is far worse than I had feared a partnership agreement would be given the time that had passed since FDA approval. As you said, it makes no sense.
