I doubt that most of you will give a fig, but I wanted to remain honest with the board. I have been long for over two years but this latest move has finally soured me.
It will require a minimum of 200 million shares to complete the PP with no tangible gain in value for the company. The $8 million is a trivial number when amortized over the 750 million shares outstanding. (0.0166 cents/share).
I never expected the pps to go very high, 50 cents at most, but having bought in at just over a nickel it was a valid gamble. However, there does not seem to be much left anymore. The science has not impressed the industry peers, and they are the best judges of it. The competition is better funded and moving just as fast if not faster. (see ming's recent posts).
I have enjoyed my participation here and will continue to "play along" [that's for you, Arch], but I have liquidated the majority of my position at this time. If anything 'ever' begins to move, I will consider rejoining the rat race at that time.
I wish you all the best of luck.
regards,
frog
