Funny about the PUMP remark. The last press release was back on 12/20 when they released this:
Generex Biotechnology Partner Olaregen Therapeutix Inc. Establishes Sales Force and Distribution Team for the Commercial Launch of Excellagen
Reads like straight forward communication to me with not much "PUMP" to it.
I guess we have different definitions of a pump. That press release from 12/20 is the very definition of a pump. First, what is the material event? A PR without a material event is the first clue. Second, the company the PR is about isn't even owned by Generex. They have letters of intent to buy 51% and verbal statements of an intention to buy the whole thing, but so far Generex has only put up $400,000 cash and signed a bunch of paper. Third, the company the PR is about is a shell company trying to sell a product they don't own. They've paid some cash, but the deal is based on royalties from future revenues. Forth, the product is an unknown. As a medical "device" it has been "cleared" by FDA, but it has never had any safety or efficacy studies to prove it is helpful and not harmful, despite being cleared for use all the way back in 2011. As far as I know, it has never been commercially available and is not a part of any wound care protocols that I am aware of.
I imagine the could release news everyday if they wanted to. That might be pumping.
