ON4 Communications status is VOID in the state of Delaware. A name change would require a certificate of good standing. That would require the filing and paying of the franchise tax for 2015-2016 totaling $318,072.27 Which means the Delaware debt is NOT PAID and Hexagon Holdings still does not exist. This is all easily verified. You owe it to yourself as an investor to verify it. You'll see some rebuttals. They'll all be bereft of the glaring, "staring you in the face" reality of the amounts due columns of 2015-16. That's black and white.

Hello,

ON4 COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (3397838) taxes were paid but the 2015 and 2016 annual reports were not actually filed. This entity is in VOID status due to that.

Now for the VOID status, any year that the company is VOID there are no tax charge or annual report due for that year. But once the annual reports are completed, you would need to fill out a revival document. The revival document gets the entity back active again.

Thank you. Would ON4 have to pay the amount due for 2015-16 to revive?

Yes, the annual reports and taxes for 2015/2016 need to be completed and paid in order to revive.
