I find that hard to believe he said that. If for some reason this stock takes off, any CEO waving off an investor with a false-warning like that is criminal. The only thing the CEO can do is make a PR. Sending an e-mail to a person like that is suspicious. Elon Musk just got in trouble for shenanigans like that, I find it hard to believe any CEO would tell people to invest or not invest. They just hide behind the “Safe Harbor We Can Lie Like Billy Clinton Act”
