It is not OWCP'S business model to produce and sell the product. Their goal is to license the product and have others product and market it.

To that end, new people would do well to look at the dots connecting OWCP to FOMX and Bayer.

FOMX has the same chairman as OWCP and FOMX is allready licensing a skin product to Bayer for severe acne.

In my opinion the tests and patents are the hold up of any deal being completed. Once those get completed things could move forward quickly.
