What a load of nonsense. Fails to point out there’s a strike price- and it’s not .115c. As if 1.3m would make Buffingtons balance sheet any better! Not too mention what striking 12.7m warrants would do to the share price- with the anti dilution pill in place, god knows what the conversion factor is right now because we don’t know how many shares are currently outstanding, or have been issued since emerging from bankruptcy. Either way that much dilution would decimate the share price.

You could put it another way - Buffington doesn’t t give a shit about us all our warrants and he never did!
