I agree with all of you about settlement, the early the better, once WDDD get back all patent right, T K can start suing other infringers, If let this case drag addition 3 or more years, this is totally destroyed! If Bungie would settlement, and WDDD worth 3.00/ share, then we already have a very strong bases. WDDD can make a strong voice to other infringers " We have more money to fight with you guys"!
