Kerr Mines Inc. (TSX: KER / Share Price: $0.125 per share/ FRC Fair Value Estimate: $0.49 per share):

Announcement: On November 6, 2018, Kerr announced a potential financing arrangement with Sprott Private Resource Lending (TSX: SII), wherein Sprott could provide financing of up to US$25 million to fund development of the Copperstone mine.

? Phase 1 (expected be completed this month) - US$2 million / 9% senior redeemable convertible note repayable within 18 months

? Phase 1 (expected be completed this month) - US$2 million senior gold loan facility repayable within 18 months
