What i get from the form is that they plan to offer 15bil in shares. They can expect to sell 25% 50% 75% or 100%. Its an ongoing offering, meaning they will use funds as they come, until the offering is terminated. In theory, if they manage to get 25% shares sold, it would only add 37 mil to AS. Someone chime in, and correct me if I am wrong
